Canis

As I think back on my meal at Canis and sift through the initial feelings of elation that follow any great dining experience, the predominant memory that lingers is not the beauty nor the deliciousness of each dish, but the thoughtfulness and attention put into each individual's  experience. To be clear: it was a delight from start to finish, but the consideration and accommodation present in every detail are what made it feel extra special. As a diner, I felt looked after, as though above all, they truly cared about my enjoyment. And so, as I reflect upon this meal, I remain touched with feelings of gratitude. It was a delicious meal, it was a beautiful meal, and most importantly, it was a meal made just for me.
